More snow....

It's crazy how much snow has falling in the last couple of days. James has become a pro driver and likes to be the taxi - I don't mind at all. Now, we are nestled in with snacks and movies. I just hope the power stays on!

Guess what, it's a......

BOY!!!!I had a small intuition that's what the baby was and now it's confirmed. No possibility of it being a girl - he was spreading eagle for us! lol I am very thrilled to be having a boy and it just feels more real now to both James and I. I give a lot to those people who waited tell birth to find out what they were having - I don't know how they do it. :)





The baby was just chill'n - in the ultrasound you could see where he had his legs crossed and one arm was bent over the back of his head. He must think it's another day at the beach! Another shot was of the baby's arm, looked like he was throwing a pass - the lady who did the ultra sound didn't know that James is obsessed with football and he was instantly excited, I think I may be doomed! haha

We had already picked out a name for a boy (and none for a girl - ironic). His name is/will be: Jayden Myles Stacy. We are super excited to meet him.

So, I don't have any kids, yet, my pets are my kids. I don't have any recent pics but I absolutely love these ones I took a few years back. I didn't have to torture them (lol), I think they loved the attention and getting there picture taken! haha...

Goodbye to November...

Besides the Seahawks loosing AGAIN...Thanksgiving was wonderful! We had it at our house this year. And everything turned out so yummy. My turkey was perfect. Nice and juicy! I've only done Thanksgiving dinner one other time and it was so so... As for this year, I have to admit I impressed myself and the fam! :)

Friday was James's birthday. He turned the big 36! How time flies... We got him a new bbq that I can't wait to fire up. Although, his friends bailed on him, mine showed up! :) hehe.... We had dinner at Fujiyama (Japanese steak house). They did the whole birthday chant for him and everything. Stay tuned for photo.... Then we headed out for drinks - which is very weird to go to a bar when your pregnant. But, they gave me fake shots to take so that was fun. Needless to say, I pulled the party pooper plug soon after that....

Toothache

The past 4 days I've had a terrific toothache. Friday morning, I woke up, feeling like death. So, I called my work and then called my dentist. My dentist office is closed on Friday's. So, I went to my family doctor and she told me I had a sinus infection. Apparently, my sinus are so swollen that the roots of my teeth touch the sinus area causing my teeth to ache. Anyway, they prescribed me some meds (safe to take because of the pregnancy) and sent me on my way. Well, today is Monday and I'm still in pain. I went to my dentist to double check that it's in fact not a tooth and he said it was a sinus infection as well. So on top of the throbbing teeth, my sinuses are not draining properly. They are filling up in my glands or whatever they are, in my neck, and making great pressure. What a great weekend. Ouch....... So, I'm home agian, home agian....jigitty-jig. :(

Baby

So, today I had another doctor appointment. I arrived at the doctor's office, drenched from the down poor, at 2:40. They checked me in and I sat for about 2 minutes when I decided to check my phone to see the actual time. Then it clicked. My appointment was not at 2:40 it was at 3:40. They must have thought, wow - this chick is super early. So, after a little embarrassment, I told the receptionist I would return - talk about the "pregnancy stupids"!

This appointment was just a check up. Everything looks good. I've gained a few pounds (pounds of halloween candy that is). I am almost 16 weeks along. And we made our appointment for the next ultra sound which will be the second week of December. We are going to find out if it's a boy or a girl. :) I'm excited and can't wait to find out. As for now, I'm trading in the bad sweets for some healthy snacks!

I recently told myself that I would not have one of these for I already have a myspace and can't find time to update that.
